Returns

I will refund an item if unhappy as long as it is sent back within 2 weeks of purchase, but I cannot refund any postage or incurred taxes.

I will process the order as soon as payment is received or accepted.

 

I will use the first class postal service.
I will always obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Prints will be posted flat, if matted/mounted and be packaged carefully with extra board for added protection from damage. I will use recycled packaging where possible :)
If unmatted they will be rolled up carefully in cellophane and posted in a postage tube.
